Biden Administration Continues to Expel Asylum Seekers to Danger While U.S. Border Communities Stand Ready to Welcome

The Biden administration is reportedly planning to extend the use of Title 42 expulsions for single adults, continuing to block and expel asylum seekers to danger in Mexico for months longer. This plan would prolong disparities in access to protection and disproportionately impact Black, LGBTQ and other asylum seekers.
